Customer cases:

Rough grinding: choose 50#-150# resin thick grinding plate or thin grinding plate.

Fine grinding: choose 150#-500# resin thick grinding plate or thin grinding plate.

Superfine grinding: choose 500#-1500# resin thick grinding plate or thin grinding plate.

Polishing: choose 1500#3000# resin grinding sheet and 6000# sponge polishing sheet.

Precautions for the use of grinding disc

1. Ground leveling and rough grinding use diamond grinding or concrete thick grinding.
2. It is not necessary to use coarse sanding when fine sanding is used.
3. The construction effciency can be improved by inceasing the counterweight of the grinding machine or increasing the speed.
4. Tye not skip the size number to use the grinding disc.
5. Dry mill saves more consumables than wet mill.
6. High speed dry grinding and polishing of soft grinding plate can produce better gloss effect.
7.  Use a sponge polish or animal hair polish pad to improve the brightness of the floor.
